I am always attracted by the peaceful atmosphere of these freshwater lakes, occasionally stained by the surrounding trees, and in this case, the tea trees producing a warm colour in the water. They are prevalent in south-east Queensland inland lake.
While exploring a walking track in the bush near by, we discovered a beautiful freshwater lake and could not help but take a relaxing break for swimming and enjoying the tree reflections.
